My name is Jon McCarthy, I'm the owner of a local small business in Carver County (AMI Swim School).
My business, and many like it, are facing some tough times right now with the outbreak of COVID-19.
I wanted to do something about it!
So I created Small Business Box.
A pre-packaged box that supports local small businesses by giving community members an opportunity to pre-purchase their goods and services in a fun way.
Small Business Box offers boxes filled with gift cards & products from local small businesses who are directly affected by COVID-19. By purchasing a Small Business Box, you're providing local small businesses with a source of revenue during this tough time. The goal of Small Business Box is to support local small businesses in the present, so that they'll be here in the future.
The gift cards & products offered inside the boxes are pre-purchased, meaning they are redeemable as soon as the business is ready to deliver. Some are available for redemption immediately e.g. restaurants that are offering delivery and pick up orders. Other items will be redeemable as soon as the business reopens. Boxes also include games and fun activities you can do right now at home.
